Steven Fox

Dr. Steven R. Fox is an accomplished and successful business entrepreneur. Dr. Fox has extensive experience in both launching start-ups and developing these start-ups into ongoing, profitable and sustainable companies. He also is an expert in the field of reverse mergers. Dr. Fox has overseen all facets of management including financing, research and development, staffing, accounting, operations and marketing, and financial public relations. Dr. Steven R. Fox has built a long list of high-profile and accomplished contacts with leaders in corporate, government academic and non-profit organizations. He has served on the faculty of leading universities including Harvard University and New York University. Dr. Fox serves on a technology board at the University of Pennsylvania. As well, Dr. Fox has appeared many times on national television programs such as CNN, Fox News, and CNBC and has been featured in numerous top business publications, such as The Wall Street Journal and Forbes Magazine. Dr. Fox also has over 30 years of experience in delivering presentations on business and consumer issues before trade associations, educational groups, and commercial affiliations. Dr. Steven Fox received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University.

Eric Horodas

Eric Horodas is the Founder and President of Greystone Hotels, the IHA Group and Markev Realty Corporation, and a principle in Handro properties and ESSH Investments LLC, all of which are privately held entities. The IHA Group was founded in 1995 to own and raise debt and equity capital for hotel investments. Since that time, under the leadership of Eric Horodas, the IHA Group has acquired eleven hotels in California and Oregon in markets including San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, Los Angeles, San Diego, La Jolla and Bend, Oregon. Greystone Hotels was founded in 2001 as a closely held hotel management firm, formed for the express purpose of managing the hotel assets of the IHA Group. Markev Realty was founded in 1994 initially to make and service commercial mortgage loans and to acquire defaulted commercial mortgage loans and distressed real estate. Greystone and Markev have raised in excess of $100,000,000 in equity capital and in excess of $150,000,000 in debt for its hotel projects and in excess of $50,000,000 for its commercial lending. Handro Properties, originally a two family enterprise, has along with ESSH, been converted into a private hedge and investment fund with interests in real estate, private equity and hedge funds. Eric was formerly a Vice President of Baco Realty Corporation, a privately held sponsor of real estate investments in mini-storage facilities, apartment projects and industrial projects, a founding partner of the law firm of Rubinstein & Perry, and a shareholder/partner of the Consolidated Capital Companies (prior to its sale in 1985 to the Johnstown American Companies), a real estate investment firm with over $3.5 billion in real estate assets under management. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester (1975) and a graduate of the New York University School of Law (1978).
